While weddings will always have our hearts, Camino Real Ranch is all about celebrating everything. Birthdays, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, brand events, showers, pop-ups, private dinners—you name it. That’s where our hourly event rentals truly shine.

Our hourly rentals are designed for hosts who want a stunning, one-of-a-kind space without committing to a full wedding-day timeline. You can choose between:

  • The Quonset Hut & Courtyard — perfect for cocktail-style gatherings, intimate celebrations, and creative events

  • The Quonset Hut, Courtyard & Greenhouse — for events that need a little more room, a little more glow, and a whole lot of atmosphere

Because hourly rentals function a bit differently than our full-day wedding rentals, there are a few unique guidelines and requirements in place. Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through everything and help you decide which option is the best fit for your event.

If you’re looking for a space that feels intentional, stylish, and anything but ordinary, Camino Real Ranch is ready to celebrate with you.

To ensure every event runs smoothly, the following requirements apply to all hourly rentals:

  • Pricing

    • $175 per hour — Quonset Hut & Courtyard

    • $400 per hour — Greenhouse, Quonset Hut & Courtyard

  • Set-Up & Clean-Up

    • All set-up and clean-up time must be included in your total rental hours.

  • What’s Included

  • Damage Deposit

    • A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for all hourly rentals.

  • End-of-Event Responsibilities

    • All personal décor must be fully removed from the property during your rental period

    • All tables must be bussed

    • All trash must be placed in the on-site dumpster
