Vendor Requirements
At Camino, we want you to have your wedding your way!
You are welcome to choose your own vendors for your wedding day so long as they meet certain minimum requirements. We have a great recommended list of vendors we share upon touring.
All vendors must be professional and insured (and licensed where applicable).
Catering
Your catering team is required to stay until after send-off to bus all tables and ensure all trash is deposited in our on-site dumpster. If your catering team does not provide this service, you may hire our in-house event staff or hire your own. WE DO NOT ALLOW FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO DO THIS TASK.
We take this vendor requirement very seriously and will charge a $350 fee from the client’s damage deposit if this requirement is ignored.
Coordination
A professional coordinator is required on event day (day-of, month-of, partial planning or full service coordinators and planners are all welcome).
Your coordinator cannot be a friend or family member that is participating in your wedding day. They must be available to assist the other vendors for your wedding day at all times.
We expect your coordinator to oversee your decor set-up (other than items rented from Camino Real Ranch), create and manage your timeline, direct your vendors as the day progresses, line you up to go down the aisle, coordinate all reception activities (such as speeches, first dance or cake cutting) and make sure your day runs smoothly in general. The coordinator needs to be the last one to walk the property with the venue manager at the end of the night and take home any leftover personal items.
Catering and bartending vendors outside of our recommended list must be pre-approved by the venue. This will ensure that we can communicate our expectations with them and that you are protected as the client booking them!
You are REQUIRED by law to purchase all alcohol to be consumed on the property from Camino Real Ranch. You are still allowed to hire your own bartending staff with our hourly packages, but they can only serve the alcohol that is purchased from Camino directly.
