Consumption Bar

We understand that an unlimited bar is not the best fit for every celebration and we want to make sure Camino Real Ranch is accessible for all…. So we present to you the Hosted Consumption Bar!

Think of our consumption bar like opening a tab for your guests to drink on! You cover as much or as little of the tab as you would like, then you have the option to switch to a cash bar after that limit is done. You will choose the drinks that you would like us to stock and serve at the bar and we will track what we serve and what it costs. The consumption bar is paid on the day of the event and you will assign one person to come to the register and pay for your portion of the tab.

We require that you work with our in-house bartenders to utilize this option.

Our consumption bar comes with a champagne toast, mixers ice and cups.

By the Case or By the Bottle Bar

You know your crowd best! So if you feel like you would rather purchase exactly what your guests will drink, we have the option to purchase alcohol by the bottle or the case through Camino Real Ranch.

This is the closest thing that we have to a BYOB option. It is also the most basic option that we have and it does not come with cups, ice or a champagne toast. You would pick out what drinks you would like and pay the total cost of those drinks for a case or a bottle. Your guests are welcome to drink as much as they would like until your alcohol runs out. We cannot allow refunds on alcohol that is not finished at the bar and we cannot allow you to take leftover alcohol home at the end of the night.

You are welcome to work with any bartending company for this bar option as long as they are TABC licensed and insured! We do not keep a regular catalog, but if you send us a wishlist of what you would like we can send you pricing or recommendations.

Cash Bar

Allow your guests to drink as much as they would like to purchase! We are now happy to offer a cash bar, but we require that you work with our in-house bartenders to bring this to life. Our cash bar pricing is similar to what you would find at your favorite restaurant’s happy hour.
