Your bar, without the homework.
Your bar should feel like the rest of your celebration: personal, easy and full of things you actually like.
Pick the beers your friends always order, wines you'll actually want to drink, and the liquor that belongs in your favorite cocktails. We'll handle the purchasing, quantities, setup, and all those little behind-the-bar details you'd rather not think about.
Because hosting your favorite people should feel a lot more like “What can I get you?” and a lot less like “Wait, who was supposed to pick-up cups?”

All of our in-house bartending services come with a water station, Champagne toast and drinks for your suites.
This package comes with 2 bartenders per hour. To add additional bartenders it is $70 per hour.
BEER AND WINE- We recommend 1 bartender for every 75 guests.
MORE THAN ONE COCKTAIL- We recommend 1 bartender for every 50 guests.

The Tier 1 package features 1 Level One beer options, 2 Level Two Beer option, 2 wine options, sodas, a water station, a round of champagne, drinks for your getting-ready suites in the morning, acrylic cups, in house- bar facades, napkins, straws, printed bar menu and ice.
Signature cocktails can be added for $2 per person for up to 2 cocktails.
This package does not come with bartenders.

Because of our TABC licensing, all alcohol served at Camino Real Ranch must be purchased and provided through us. That means you can skip the Costco run and the questionable late-night math about how many bottles of tequila 100 people need. You pick your drinks, and we’ll handle the purchasing and stocking for you.

It depends on your bar package. If you choose our Consumption Bar, bar service is handled by Camino’s in-house bartending team only.
If you choose an Hourly Bar package, you’re welcome to bring in your own bartenders as long as they are TABC licensed and properly insured.
Of course, you can always use our in-house bartenders with either option if you'd rather keep one more vendor off your list.

The short answer- no!
*We do require that you pay for a minimum of 80% of your adult guests with the bar package, but we don't want to make you pay for people you know won't be drinking. So if you have nursing or expecting mothers, sober friends, elderly guests etc. that will not partake in alcohol you do not have to pay for them.
I truly believe that Camino clients are the best in the world, so we trust that you are going to count and pay for all guests that will be utilizing your hourly bar package!

It is $2 per person to add a signature drink utilizing one of our Level 2 Liquors. You can add up to 2 signature drinks to a Beer and Wine package.

You may be a great candidate for a consumption bar! This would give you the option to choose exactly what alcohol is served and then pay per drink when your guests order.

All Camino’s bar options include a round of drinks in your suite in the morning!

We will meet with you and send your bar invoice 30 days before your event date. Your final guest count and payment is due 14 days before your event.
After the 14 day invoice is paid we are not able to decrease your invoice total, but it is possible that we can add drinks for a small premium.
