Hourly Bar Packages

Our Hourly Bar Package is the stress free way to go! You pick the drinks you would like to serve and we ensure that you never run out! This also ensures that you aren’t loading cases of beer into a vehicle at the end of your wedding day.

With this package we have the option to provide bartenders for you or you are welcome to bring in your own bartending team that fits your style perfectly.

  • All of our in-house bartending services come with a water station, Champagne toast and drinks for your suites.

    This package comes with 2 bartenders per hour. To add additional bartenders it is $100 per hour.

    BEER AND WINE- We recommend 1 bartender for every 75 guests.

    MORE THAN ONE COCKTAIL- We recommend 1 bartender for every 50 guests.

  • The Tier 1 package features 3 Tier 1 beer options, 1 Tier 2 option, 4 of our Tier 1 wine options, sodas, a water station, a champagne toast, acrylic cups, in house- bar facades, napkins, straws, printed bar menu and ice.

    Signature cocktails can be added for $2 per person for up to 2 cocktails.

    This package does not come with bartenders.

  • The Tier 2 package features 2 Tier 1 beer options, 3 Tier 2 beer options, 2 Tier 1 wine options, 2 Tier 2 wine options, sodas, a water station, a champagne toast, acrylic cups, in house- bar facades, napkins, straws, printed bar menu and ice.

    Signature cocktails can be added for $2 per person for up to 2 cocktails.

    This package does not come with bartenders.

  • The Tier 1 Open Bar package features 3 Tier 1 beer options, 1 Tier 2 beer option, 4 Tier 1 wine options, our Tier 1 vodka, rum, gin, tequila, whiskey, soda and mixers. This package also comes with both of our bar facades, a water station, a champagne toast, acrylic cups, napkins, straws, printed bar menu and ice.

    You may add signature drinks at no additional cost.

    This package does not come with bartenders.

  • The Tier 2 Open Bar package features 2 Tier 1 beer options, 3 Tier 2 beer Options, 2 Tier 1 wine options, 2 Tier 2 wine options and our Tier 2 vodka, rum, gin, tequila, bourbon, whiskey, soda and mixers. This package also comes with both of our bar facades, a water station, a champagne toast, acrylic cups, napkins, straws and ice.

  • Juices + Mixers- Cranberry, Orange, Pineapple, Grapefruit, Lemon and Lime juice, Bitters, Tonic Water, Soda Water, Ginger Beer, Margarita Mix, Simple Syrup

    Sodas- Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, Sparkling water

    Extras upon request- Salt, sugar and tajin for drink rims and garnishes for specality drinks

 FAQs

  • The short answer- no!

    *We do require that you pay for a minimum of 80% of your adult guests with the bar package, but we don't want to make you pay for people you know won't be drinking. So if you have nursing or expecting mothers, sober friends, elderly guests etc. that will not partake in alcohol you do not have to pay for them.

    I truly believe that Camino clients are the best in the world, so we trust that you are going to count and pay for all guests that will be utilizing your hourly bar package!

  • You will purchase the spirits you need for your specialty drink from us by the bottle. These prices are available by request!

    *Due to the restrictions on our liquor license you are not able to take any unused alcohol home if you do not finish the bottle with those cocktails.

  • You may be a great candidate for an on-consumption bar! This would give you the option to choose exactly what alcohol is served and then pay per drink when your guests order.

  • All of our hourly packages include drinks in your suite free of charge!

  • You are able to substitute 2 drinks on our hourly packages for $1 per person per substitution! This option is dependent on availability.

  • We will meet with you and send your bar invoice 30 days before your event date. Your final guest count and payment is due 14 days before your event.

    After the 14 day invoice is paid we are not able to decrease your invoice total, but it is possible that we can add drinks for a small premium.
