Attending an event at Camino? Refer to the below items for some important venue information and, more importantly, picking out your event attire!
Location
We are located directly off of Highway 21 which means our entrance can be easy to miss! Be on the lookout for our Camino white flag posted on our fence signaling the venue turn in. You can find our exact location here.
Parking
We recommend ride-sharing and carpooling (we are in the Uber and Lyft service area!) as parking can be limited depending on the event size. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight in our front parking lot outside the front gate so long as they are picked up by 10am the next morning. Please do not leave any vehicles behind the front entry gate.
Climate
Camino Real Ranch is an indoor + outdoor venue. Be sure to check the weather in Dale, Texas for the most up-to-date forecast!
Camino Real Ranch is a largely outdoor and rural venue. Please make sure children are not unattended by the pond. For their own safety, children are not allowed on the spiral staircase or in the loft area of the Quonset Hut.

Footwear
Boots, wedges, and block heels will have no issues on any of our walking surfaces (concrete, paver pathways, and gravel).
Wheelchairs
Guests needing extra assistance may be dropped off through our front gates at the entrance of any of our buildings. Portable wheelchair ramps and a golf cart service are available upon request.

At the end of the event, a walkthrough is performed to ensure no personal items are left behind. In the event an item is found we can arrange a pick up time or the mailing of the item back to its owner. The venue keeps office hours Tues - Fri.
