The ranch grounds
Our 6 acre ranch is close proximity to Austin and San Marcos and only 10 minutes from BBQ country in Lockhart and the famous Circuit of the Americas Formula 1 racetrack.
Once a fully operational farm, we have kept many of the unique features of the farm, but with a modern desert twist. Palm trees, agave, and Mexican sage echo Baja California tucked away in the Lone Star State’s countryside. The property has been designed with a minimalist, and clean aesthetic to highlight its spaciousness.
The greenHouse
Our show-stopper 3,400 square foot greenhouse is an oasis of an event space. With its milky front façade and dreamy opaque roof, there is no shortage of gorgeous diffused light. It comes adorned with magical twinkle lights (upgraded experience), and a back wall of vintage windows overlooking our pond and mesquite grove. The over-sized entry landing with stained wooden doors make for a statement outdoor ceremony altar.
The perfect spot to host your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception or dinner. Our greenhouse can host 150 for a seated dinner with reception.

The quonset hut
Our distinctive arched Quonset Hut is 1,600 square feet indoors and an additional 600 square feet of front and back patio accessed via large glass garage doors . The hut is air conditioned and has 3 restrooms and a kitchen prep area for caterers. It features sky high ceilings and a rod iron spiral staircase leading to our intimate loft area.
The perfect spot to host your cocktail hour or intimate dinner reception. Our Quonset can host 125 for standing cocktail or 50 for dinner with reception.

The farmhouse
Our charming two bedroom 900 square foot farmhouse is the perfect setting for your wedding party to spend the day preparing for the celebration ahead. It is original to the farm and hails from the 1940’s. It has a complete kitchen and full bathroom with vintage clawfoot bathtub.
The house is picture perfect, full of dreamy light, making it a photographer’s dream.
The cabin
This rustic cabin dating back from the 1940s serves as our second onsite preparation suite for our couples. Touches of modern are sprinkled throughout the vintage shiplap and rusted sheet metal. At 600 square feet , it will welcome the grandest of wedding parties.
Complete with a concrete and brass bar, mini-fridge, and a TV, it is the perfect setting to unwind before the party begins!
The pond
Two old mesquite trees curve perfectly into one another creating a natural ceremony arch with our sparkling pond serving as backdrop.
Adorned with romantic bistro lights, custom cedar bench ceremony seating, and plenty of rugged nature, the pond is a stunning space for an outdoor ceremony.
The barn
Our 1,000 square foot barn is rustic and simple complete with fans for the Texas heat and romantic string lights.
A fun photo opp, its the perfect spot for children or guests to escape to.
The tipi terrace
Our circular concrete tipi terrace is 20’ in diameter and makes for the most unique reception area, cozy lounge display, or activation space. The center of the pad features a unique embedded Texas star decal.
Tenting or a traditional tipi can be erected, extending the party out into the garden.
The gazebo
Our beautiful white gazebo is tucked towards the back of the property in a gorgeous intimate setting near our pond.
