He’s the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the ranch running smoothly—part handyman, part bartender, part “whatever-you-need-I-got-you.” If something breaks, Ryan’s already halfway to fixing it. If there’s a crisis? Don’t worry—Ryan has a tool for that.

Alexandria Buckner
Meet Alexandria Buckner — the Camino Real Ranch hype woman.
If there’s a job to do, Alexandria is already three steps ahead and doing it flawlessly… with a smile… and probably in a cute pair of tennis shoes.
She’s the ultimate utility player, the queen of “put me in, coach,” and the person who can seamlessly slide into whatever role Krysta throws her way. Ceremony runner? Done. Décor magician? Absolutely. Guest wrangler, timeline enforcer, crisis diffuser, dance-floor starter? Check, check, check, and check.
You never quite know what hat Alexandria will be wearing at your wedding — but you can bet she’s going to wear it perfectly.
And she’ll hype you up the whole way through.

Kassidy Finch
Meet Kassidy Finch — the Cleaning Queen and organizational backbone of Camino Real Ranch.
If it needs to be cleaned, sorted, labeled, stacked, restocked, or brought back from the brink of chaos… Kassidy has already handled it. Twice.
She’s the mastermind behind our beautifully organized buildings, perfectly arranged rental items, and neatly wrangled cleaning supplies — and yes, she even keeps Krysta’s ADHD ideas running in a straight line (a heroic task worth its own award).
Kassidy oversees our event staff and facilities with the kind of calm, capable energy that makes the whole ranch function. She’s detail-obsessed in the best way, allergic to clutter, and powered by the satisfaction of a perfectly organized space.
Every venue needs a queen of order.

Amanda Zamora
Meet Amanda Zamora — Camino Real Ranch’s in-house florist and walking wedding-day lifesaver.
Amanda has been working weddings with Krysta since 2018, which basically makes her a seasoned pro, a mind-reader, and a magician all in one. Her florals? Out. Of. This. World. She can turn a simple bouquet into a masterpiece and a ceremony space into a full-blown floral fantasy.
But don’t let her dreamy designs fool you — Amanda is also one of our coordination experts who keeps timelines tight, vendors happy, and couples blissfully unaware of whatever chaos she’s quietly defeating behind the scenes.
And then there’s the kit.
Her emergency kit is the stuff of legend — part beauty supply store, part hardware shop, part disaster relief station. Need a safety pin? A glue gun? A steamer? A sewing kit? A snack? Emotional support? Amanda has it. All of it.
Jessica Osterman
Meet Jessica Osterman — Camino Real Ranch’s in-house photographer and full-time fashion icon.
Jessica owns Reverie in Photo and has an eye for capturing the ranch (and its people!) at their absolute best. From sweeping property shots to candid wedding moments, she knows just how to make every frame shine.
